At Yacht, we are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer who is passionate about driving innovation in products and processes. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge solutions, working on the latest technologies and often creating systems based on unverified specifications. Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Engineer with us, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Design, Realization, and Testing:You will be responsible for designing, realizing, and testing systems, subsystems, and components. You will understand and communicate the impact of your designs on the overall architecture.
- Consumer-Centric Approach:Your work will be developed with a focus on consumer needs and technological competitiveness. You will always consider an “outside-in” approach to design, ensuring that your creations meet the market’s demands.
- Specifications and Testing:You will develop systems based on design and functional specifications, testing, analyzing, and verifying their performance. You will also create design specifications, schematics, drawings, codes, and write test scenarios for developed modules or components.
- Progress Reporting:You will maintain a structured and methodical approach to your work, creating a personal schedule and reporting on your progress. You will also be responsible for managing costs in line with the allocated budget.
- Input to Project Planning:You will provide valuable input into the project planning process, collaborating closely with the project leader to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Documentation:You will ensure proper documentation for the hardware, software, and mechanics you develop.
- Integration:You will combine existing and/or purchased modules into components that can be seamlessly integrated into the subsystem.
- Power Infrastructure:You will play a critical role in road mapping the power infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Alignment:Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and key markets, will be essential to your role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Your familiarity with FDA 21 CFR regulations and ISO 13485 standards will be crucial in ensuring compliance and product quality.
Ervaring
For the Electrical Engineer we are looking for:
- A Master degree (preferred) or Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent professional engineering experience;
- You have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience;
- You have strong personal&communication skills in English;
- Experience in full life-cycle development in the industry;
- Green Belt certification or lean certification or similar experience;
- Demonstrated ability in reliability engineering in a matrix environment;
- Experience with modeling simulation;
- The drive towards quality.
