Who you are
You are a people manager and you know how to inspire your team! As a supervisor, you already have work experience in a leadership role. Preferably within a logistics organization. To stimulate your team and to give the right direction, you like to be present on the work floor!
In addition, as a Supervisor you possess the following qualities:
- you are ahead of problems and solution oriented
- you have a good command of the English language both verbally and in writing
- you have analytical skills
- Excel has no secrets for you
What will you do
As logistics supervisor, you and your team are responsible for the smooth running of the logistics processes on the shop floor. In addition, you ensure that your team remains motivated. You ensure that all goals are achieved. You communicate all daily activities to the team and make sure they are followed.
As logistics supervisor you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- you coordinate the logistics process in your department
- you coordinate, together with the workforce team, the personnel planning
- you contribute to process improvements
- you prepare progress reports
- you ensure good cooperation with other departments
