Who you are

As a logistics employee at Royal FloraHolland you can start directly at your new job. In addition:

• You are available 2 days at least per week (between Monday and Friday)
• You can be in time at the company located in Aalsmeer, by car or public transport. Your working day will start at 6.30 AM.

What will you do

At Royal Floraholland Aalsmeer, the plants are sold early in the early morning. As a logistics employee, you will ensure that the plants reach the right customer. How do you do that? With the help of a voice picking system you will be told exactly which cart of plants you have to sort. For example, you can drive the trolley through the warehouse and prepare the customer’s orders in no time. When sorting you will have to use your muscles. You are lifting the plants boxes and they easily weigh 10 kg each. Now that’s a good morning workout and you get paid for it! The plants process starts early in the morning. As a logistics employee, you start at 06:30 AM and you are already nice and free in the afternoon!

Where will you work

As a logistics employee at Royal Floraholland, you are the link between the customer and the plants. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the ordered plants reach the customer on time. If you start as a logistics employee, you will earn€ 14,93 per hour! In your first workday you first end up in an induction team. This way you will be introduced to the beautiful FloraHolland warehouse. The company is open from Monday till Friday. The working hours will be from 06:30 AM till 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. On busy days, work may continue until 12:00 PM. Nice to work in the morning and have enough free time in the afternoon! You can also learn Dutch at this company!
