Yacht

As a Maintenance Manager you are responsible for:

  • The entire TA process, from earliest set up activities through preparation and execution to close out, evaluation and implementation of learnings
  • Setting up the TA organisation for preparation and execution of the TA
  • Seeking agreement with stakeholders about milestones to be achieved for successful TA performance
  • Drafting and implementing the TA EHSS plan
  • Drafting and implementing the TA communication plan
  • Defining and implementing the TA contracting strategy with Procurement
  • Together with Procurement, negotiating terms and conditions with selected contractors– including bonus and penalty scheme
  • Delivering according to agreed milestone plan: estimates, work preparation progress, etc. Initiating and coordinating mitigation actions if required to meet the set targets;
  • Reporting progress, deviations, plans and actions to the TA steering committee
  • Delivering the TA event according to set targets, concerning EHSS, quality, schedule and cost.

Ervaring

  • Approx. ten years of experience in (midsize or large) Turnarounds, Projects or Maintenance (Project Manager, Maintenance Manager)
  • Good command of local language Dutch and English
  • Good influencing, negotiation, result orientation

Voorwaarden

Je ontvangt een contract bij Yacht waarbij we werken naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.

Hiermee profiteer je van de volgende voorwaarden:

  • Een goed startsalaris, tussen€6000 en €8000 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur (instroom afhankelijk van kennis en werkervaring);
  • 25 vakantiedagen per jaar o.b.v. 40 uur;
  • 8,33% vakantietoeslag;
  • Pensioenregeling (pensioenopbouw vanaf dag 1);
  • 13e maand (maandelijks uitbetaald)óf de mogelijkheid tot een bonus (elk kwartaal 4 tot 8% – gemiddeld 1 maandsalaris per jaar);
  • Je krijgt altijd je loon betaald, ook tussen eventuele opdrachten in;
  • Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken;
  • Vast HR aanspreekpunt (persoonlijke begeleiding minimaal 1x per maand);
  • Opleidingsbudget van 3.500 per jaar;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding + thuiswerkvergoeding;
  • Na 3-6 maanden kan je contract worden omgezet naar een vast contract;
