Who you are
You have technical insight and are handy! You can read drawings and are detail-oriented. Additionally, you enjoy working collaboratively. Do you have experience in construction or as a carpenter? That’s great! If not, we’ll teach you everything.

What will you do
You will truly learn this profession from your colleagues, as you’ll only find a similar role among other packers!
When you arrive at work, the assignments will be distributed. Often, you’ll work on a project with a partner. For example, you may be tasked with packaging a machine. Together with your colleague, you’ll determine its appearance. For more complex packaging, a drawing will be provided. From start to finish, you’ll create the crate that will transport the machine, taking into account the ship’s motion caused by temperature changes.

Where will you work
This company manufactures packaging for various products. And not just any products: cars, machines, or even entire production lines! These products are transported by plane or boat, so they need to withstand rough handling. Every day, different products are packed. One day, you might work on two major projects, and the next day, on six smaller ones.
The team gets along well, and there is a relaxed atmosphere. With a relatively small team (approximately 35 people), you’ll know everyone and won’t feel like just a number.
