Who you are

As an Operator at Mola, the following is expected of you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in food production or industrial bakery (hard requirement!);
• You want to work in 5 shifts 06.00 – 14.00, 14.00 – 22.00, and 22.00 – 06.00;
• You master the Dutch language and preferably you also speak German and/or English.

What will you do

Croissants, apple turnovers, sausage rolls, and many more goodies! These are the bakery products you will be working with! HMMMM. This will be a piece of cake with your previous work experience in food production. But what can you expect? In your position as an operator, you follow the correct recipes, procedures, and quality requirements. Machine malfunction? As an operator, you make sure the machines are working again! No pastry snacks without you. But you won’t work alone, you are in charge of the production employees that work on your line. Teamwork makes the dream work!
